Who we are

We are a performance-driven fitness community based in the centre of Hereford, built for people who want more than just a workout.

At The Studio Hereford, we specialise in 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training, Private Small Group Training and larger Group Exercise sessions. We specialise in hybrid performance training that blends strength, conditioning, endurance and race-style challenges. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness or competing in hybrid specific events, we provide structured coaching, accountability and a supportive environment to help you perform at your best.

Our coaching is results-focused, progressive and tailored to all levels – from beginners taking their first steps into training, to athletes preparing for competition. We believe in training with purpose, building resilience, and creating a community that pushes, supports and motivates each other.

This isn’t just a gym. It’s a place to train hard, get stronger, and become the best version of yourself in a super friendly and supportive community.

What We Offer

We offer a wide range of services to support every level of fitness and every stage of your journey. From 1-to-1 personal training and group sessions, to specialist classes where you can even bring your baby along, we make it possible to start or continue your fitness journey through every chapter of life.

We are also affiliated with HYROX, Deadly Dozen, Hybrid NW, DEKA, Rox Queens and our own Hybrid HFD events, giving you the opportunity to train at your gym but join us to SIM.

  • Our 1-to-1 and 2:1 personal training is tailored specifically to you and your goals. Whether you want to build strength, lose fat, improve performance, or prepare for competition, your programme is designed around your ability, lifestyle and experience. You’ll receive expert coaching, accountability and support to help you train safely, stay motivated and achieve real, lasting results.

  • Our group exercise classes offer something for everyone, combining expert coaching with a motivating team environment. From Pilates and Yoga for mobility, core strength and recovery, to high-energy sessions such as HYROX, Deadly Dozen, Functional Strength, and Strength & Conditioning, each class is designed to improve fitness, build strength and push your performance to the next level.

  • Our affiliated hybrid training sessions are designed to prepare you for the demands of leading hybrid fitness competitions, including HYROX, Deadly Dozen, Hybrid NW, DEKA, and our own Hybrid HFD events. These sessions combine strength, conditioning, endurance and race-specific skills, giving you the opportunity to train with purpose and experience full race simulations (SIMs) in a competitive, supportive environment. Whether you’re new to hybrid racing or aiming for the podium, our coaching and structured programming will help you perform at your best on race day.
